Hi I'm Emma

I am an experienced psychotherapist and lecturer with a passion for counselling, facilitating groups, as well as motivating and enabling people.

I have worked in third sector, education and health services, in a variety roles: counsellor, facilitator, manager and teacher.

I have over 20 years of experience working with young people and adults with mental health challenges. 
 
I have a variety of skills to offer to either to you individually, small groups or your organisation.

  • Specialist work with young people
  • Design and faciliatation of  bespoke workshops and short courses e.g. mindfulness to enhance resilience in the workplace, confidence and assertiveness, building emotional resilience.

I am a Registered Member of BACP


I am based in the Nottingham area for counselling and supervision, I work nationally when delivering training and workshops. 




I often work with people who are experiencing some level of difficulty and distress.

I also welcome you if you are successful and happy but would like to develop and increase your well being further.  I  offer a space to enable you to investigate your life, your relationships and your career. I will support you to consider and develop your options, and decide what steps to take next.
